Come Sail Away…

4 09 2010

I’m sailing away
Set an open course for the Virgin Sea
‘Cause I’ve got to be free
Free to face the life that’s ahead of me
On board, I’m the captain
So climb aboard
We’ll search for tomorrow
on every shore
And I’ll try, oh Lord, I’ll try
to carry on…

The brigantine is a sail training program created with the intent of teaching young people from the ages of 12 to 18 the fundamental skills of sailing. This program has been running since 1954.The program is a great opportunity for young sailors to learn the ropes… check out their link: www.brigantine.ca for more information.
